My stay at Riad Khabia was truly remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The staff went above and beyond to provide me with a detailed map and helpful tips on exploring the city. The location of the riad was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views and was the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast each morning. The mint tea served at Riad Khabia was hands down the best I had in Marrakech. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting the city.

The generously designed Triple room at Riad Khabia & Spa in Marrakech was perfect for me as a solo traveler. With an additional bed, it offered more space and comfort than a typical double room.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the en suite private bathrooms. But I understand that others might still enjoy this feature.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days after being in the desert, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they provided great advice on everything from transportation to the best local shops in the area. The location was fantastic, in a friendly neighborhood with many shops to explore. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were great.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the Badia Palace, making it easy to explore the attractions in the area. The staff is friendly and attentive, always willing to offer guidance and suggestions for making the most of your stay.

The hosts are knowledgeable about the town and provided recommendations on where to pay for things so we didn't pay ridiculous amounts at the souks or for taxis. The rooms are stunning, clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the courtyard, with careful attention paid to details. The rooftop lounge is an ideal spot to watch the sunset and relax.

Our stay at Riad Khabia & Spa was amazing! The riad is beautifully authentic, with clean and tastefully furnished rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of the medina. Achraf, the host, went above and beyond to make us feel at home and was extremely helpful. We truly felt the Moroccan hospitality throughout our stay. We would definitely choose to stay at Riad Khabia again if we return to Marrakesh.

Spent Xmas holidays with wife. Close to the main attractions and quiet area for good sleeping area. Great breakfasts, well prepared. The style of the place was quite nice.

The shower temperature was not always consistent and our room was not as spacious as we expected. The rooftop terrace was not well lit at night, which made it difficult to enjoy.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is very convenient, being close to the center and the main square. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the comfortable kingsize bed, are well-maintained and kept very clean.
